Legal Representative

International Business Companies, resident in Northern Cyprus, authorized to represent the company with a power of attorney, are obliged to accept any notification on behalf of the company with documents related to all transactions to be notified to the company, and to submit all documents requested by the Ministry, by the Revenue and Tax Office and/ or an auditor/accountant authorized in accordance with the legislation in the Northern Cyprus, or a lawyer who is a member of the Union of Bar Associations of the Northern Cyprus, must appoint a representative including his name, surname, identity number and address.
